1. Who we are

Expat Business Singapore and the Singapore Founder Guide are published by Vickermann Media Pte. Ltd., Singapore (UEN 202548266C).

2. Information, not advice

Everything on this site and in the Founder Guide is general information and personal experience. It is not legal, tax, accounting or immigration advice, and it does not take your individual situation into account. We are not a law firm, an accounting firm, an employment agency or a corporate service provider, and we do not file anything on your behalf.

Rules, fees and deadlines in Singapore change. We check our content against the websites of ACRA, MOM, IRAS and the CPF Board and state the date of the last check, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, correct or current. Those authorities are the only binding source. Before you act, check the official source or ask a qualified professional.

3. Templates

The templates are examples for you to adapt. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer for your case. You are responsible for any document you sign or file.

4. Buying the Founder Guide

• Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which is the seller of record and issues your receipt.
• You receive a personal licence for your own use. You may not share your access, resell the content or publish it.
• Access is provided online and starts immediately after purchase. You have access for at least three months from the date of purchase. We intend to keep the guide available for longer and to update it, but we may change, move or withdraw it after that period. The templates are yours to download and keep.
• All sales are final. Because you receive access to the digital content immediately after purchase, there is no refund and no right to withdraw from the purchase, except where the law requires one.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vickermann Media Pte. Ltd. is not liable for losses that result from relying on the content of this site or the Founder Guide. This exclusion does not apply in the cases where the law does not allow liability to be excluded.

6. Links to other websites

We link to official and other third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content.

7. Copyright

The texts, structure and templates are protected by copyright and belong to Vickermann Media Pte. Ltd. The names and websites of government agencies belong to those agencies. This site is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
